Abstract
The article analyzes the behavior of small business service centers from the standpoint of creating and holding competitive advantages in the expansion of target groups of consumers and increased competition in the segment of micro-enterprises. The proposed ranking of the ongoing competitive advantages on the basis of the analysis of the constraints on their creation. The conclusion is that on the market in the conditions of inaccessibility of loans and the limited skilled workforce, customer loyalty supports the competitive advantage of high grade, which depends solely on the personal qualities of the manager.
