Abstract
The basic definitions of innovations are described in this article. The role of innovational activity in Russian economy and educational system is determined. Every innovational element that innovational structure consisted of (such as technology park, innovational technology centre, innovational industrial complex and academic complex) is described. The results can be used in scientific researches which deal with innovational activity’s problems, and also decision making practical recommendation in education.
