Abstract
This article is devoted to the problems of transition to innovative economy. This paper examines the formation of the national innovation system (NIS), which will provide the necessary conditions for stable economic development. Explains the importance of modernization of the system of production through the development of new product and technological process. Analyzed the classification of innovative economic cycle and its impact on the NIS.
