THE INNOVATION REFORMING AS AN ELEMENT OF THE “ADVANCING” CRISIS-MANAGEMENT

Abstract
This article is devoted to a question of need of the innovation reforming of activity of all types of the enterprises for the purpose of prevention of critical crisis situations. Current situation of domestic economy is analyzed: the effects of an economic crisis of 2014 which are characterized by growth of number of the unprofitable enterprises in a type of decrease in competitive advantages are revealed. Inefficiency of the operating approaches to assessment of a financial condition of the enterprises within crisis management is defined. Conclusions are drawn that in conditions, competitiveness of domestic economy it is possible to increase accelerations of scientific and technical progress, globalization and internationalization of the market only within the innovation orientation of activity of the enterprises in total with stimulation of development of this direction by the state by means of providing the cheap credits and increase in its investment. The innovation reforming becomes the only efficient success factor of the "advancing" crisis management by the enterprise.
