NEW EXPLANATION OF THE CONCEPTS OF HUMAN RESOURCES, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN BANKS

Abstract
This article presents the most well-known approaches to the concept of human resources, human resource management and strategic human resource management in the past three decades on the basis of theoretical analysis of the different concepts mentioned above.
The aim of this work is to show by means of a critical analysis of the concepts that today in the era of radical change and uncertainty, the attention to the organization of human resources has changed radically. This can be seen as an evolving interpretation of the concept of human resources, human resource management, strategic human resources management for a long time.
In turn, human resources management has changed dramatically. Gone are the days when the personnel management department dealt only with administrative activities, preparation of various documents, payroll. Now these functions are performed by other departments.
Today, a strategic approach to human resource management focuses on strategic planning, human resources, sample selection and hiring of personnel, training, motivating employees, involving them in decision-making, teamwork, performance rewards on the basis of the creation of a working environment, with particular emphasis on the organizational climate.
It suggests that the currently a strategic approach to the management of human resources is an absolutely necessary tool for banks, which will gain the upper hand over its competitors in the financial sector.
Competitive advantage is crucial to the survival of the bank in a given market and is administered by the Human Resource Management. The effect is reflected as a rule, to improve financial performance (increased sales volumes, profit), but not in financial terms (impeccable business reputation with customers and employees in the improvement of interactions, productivity, decrease employee turnover).
