Abstract
Work motivation system in companies has a direct influence on results of financial and economic activities. Thus, every organization has a challenge to devise an effective mechanism of employee motivation that must include the range of methods, ways and means as well as to set terms for social protectability and consolidation of employees moral culture and to ensure a favourable socio-psychological climate. It is also important to form a positive public opinion about the company and employees pride in their company management.
