Abstract
The large flow of information, business processes and a variety of volatile economy leads to the fact that the administrative staff of company is obliged to make the prompt and effective decisions for economic activity management and business development. This article discusses the reasons for the need of automation on the example of implementation "1C: Small firm management 8" (UNF).
