Abstract
This article is devoted to problems of consumer market development of sugar and confectionery. The study suggests that the range of confectionery products is increasing, but the quality of confectionery, especially imported, much worse, to the detriment of the health of consumers and reduces the demand on the market sugar and confectionery products. This problem is multifaceted.
