Abstract
As part of the article we study the dynamics of the cost of 1 m2 of residential real estate in the secondary housing market. The main focus of research is done on the Volga Federal District. Based on the analysis of the officially published statistics based map showing the geography of the maximum, minimum, and average cost of 1 m2 of the secondary housing for 2009 - 2015.
