Abstract
In the article factors and terms are considered necessary for the increase of competitiveness and first of all improvement of quality and decline of home unit cost. Today, as never before home agricultural producers a huge task stands: to the minimum decline of stake of import and maximal increase of export, that does vitally important and necessary problem of modernisation and perfection of agriculture.
