The article discusses the process of turnover, as an important component of the labour work activities. Submitted forms that this process is divided, and shows the main processes of the movement (movement) that it involves. The article considers the value and process of turnover to the organization, highlighted the positive and negative consequences of external and internal movement of personnel.
