Abstract
The article is devoted to improving the quality of production management in the service departments of industrial enterprises by improving business processes.During the analysis of an integrated model activities of services, departments identified the problems faced by the staff of BTP, BTZ and PDB. Based on the results of the analysis of the proposed solution which will enhance the quality management of production in plants by improving production and management processes.
