Abstract
The concept of human resources management become increasingly important in recent years due to the significant changes in the management organization, human resources management. Russian companies are increasingly beginning to use the elements of this concept. However, in most organizations, the introduction of the concept of human resource management becomes a difficult task. As part of this article describes the features of the introduction of the concept of human resource management in Russian companies with three positions: the use of the problem, scope and perspective directions of development of the practice of its use.
