Abstract
The article considers the analysis of the real estate market of the Federal Republic of Germany. The real estate market is one of the fastest growing segments and has a special social meaning. Particular attention in the research was paid to the statistical analysis of commercial real estate. Tendencies of development of the commercial real estate market as well as the forecast for the development are described.
