Abstract
The analysis of experience of distant work of the large international companies is carried out. Advantages and risks of distant work both for personnel, and for the employer are in detail considered. Research has shown efficiency of a distance work for the staff of sales department. In the conclusion methods of introduction of distant work for different spheres of business are offered.
