The aim of the research work is to study the problems of human resources management of a construction company. The paper discusses the main features of the construction industry, influencing the formation of human resources of construction organization. The definition of human resource of a construction organization. The conclusions about the need to address human resource, taking into account the features of the construction industry organizations. Recommendations to improve the level of use of human resources in the organization.
