Abstract
The article describes the main approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of systems of financial and non-financial incentives. Examples of indicators to assess three types of efficiency: economic, social, target. Discuss the typical mistakes in the development and implementation of motivation system, decreasing their effectiveness.
