A SURVEY STUDY OF CRITERIA OF EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC CATERING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
This article is devoted to the review of the market of public catering, namely competitiveness and appeal of the enterprises of the sphere of public catering. Carrying out polling research allows to define appeal of catering establishments in the opinion of consumers that is one of the main task which decision it is expedient to pass by poll methods.
