Abstract
An important element of cluster management is to develop a methodological framework for assessing management effectiveness of situational conditions. The paper proposes a method of evaluating the effectiveness of the SC-cluster-control mechanism and the introduction of agroklastera in the region. The developed method, includes the definition of the enterprise as a system, identify the factors that affect the company and assess the quality of the received options, allows you to set the point of the crisis situation requiring immediate action on cluster management implementation in manufacturing, organizational processes.
