THE METHOD OF ASSESSMENT THE INNOVATION REGION STRATEGY

Abstract
The article describes methods for assessment the region subjects to readiness the strategy of selflearning. The main object is formulate the improvement the economic policy in the regions of the Russian Federation.
In the article used methods of economic analysis, logical scientific methods, and the method of benchmarking.
Developed and proposed the method of assessment ability to adopt a strategy of self-learning of the regions subjects.
For every subjects we are identify regions, which are ready self-learning strategy, and self-learning regions. study highlighted the regions most prepared to adopt a strategy for the COP, as well as regions corresponding to the COP. We analyzed the regions subjects to follow the self-learning strategy . The region government is ready follow self-learning strategy in Russia. The government is a locomotive pushing the region to self-learning strategy, a customer, a sponsor, and a controller. All regions are original and have personal way. The method for assessment the region subjects to readiness the strategy of self-learning helps find the personal way.
