Abstract
In the article prospects of development of the Russian pharmaceutical branch in conditions of the developed economic crisis are considered. Necessity of introduction of innovations, applications of new methods of management, development of new medicines, systems of financing of branch is designated. Offers on modernization of manufacture and strengthening of positions in the market are formed.
