Abstract
This article is devoted to consideration of need and importance of introduction by the companies and firms not only the system of ecological management (SEM), but also integration of SEM into the general system of management of the organization.
Possibilities of achievement of balance of economic and ecological interests of the companies, and also advantages and economic benefits from integration of SEM with other systems of management are shown.
