Abstract
Substantiates the nature of the interactions between the subjects of economic mechanism of the national innovation system, the nonlinear nature of the organizational-economic interactions, as well as the diversity of these interactions. The study is supported by examples of the functioning of the innovation system of Russia, based on established practice in other countries.
