Abstract
The article discusses the placement of staff in the company as a means of minimizing the cost of staffing. This paper analyzes the approaches to placement and career development of employees, based on the analysis invited to the optimal ratio of the use of the proposed approaches in Russian enterprises. The proposals and recommendations for improving the placement.
