Abstract
This article is devoted to problems of formation of a personnel reserve in the medical organizations. The main reasons for need of creation of a personnel reserve are established. Features of creation of a reserve in hospitals are analysed. Questions of providing personnel structure of the medical organizations remain the most important in modern society.
