Abstract
In the article, the author described the problem of building risk management department in the energy service company. The author proposed the optimal structure of this department, which includes these: risk assessment of investment projects, assessment and managing risks in the ongoing project, working with the customer's personnel, assessment the external risks and threats, selection of insurance products and interaction with insurers, maintaining a register of risks.
