Abstract
This article gives an analysis of the market of mergers and joining organizations in Russia in 2013. Identified industries in which to some extent these transactions took place. According to the analysis was calculated share of each of the market segments in amount and number of operations, compiled a list of "Leading segments on the rate of growth and recession in 2013 (conversion to the APPG%).", And provides information on the number of instantiated and the transaction amount in the Russian market M & A.
