Abstract
The article explores the concept of the audit of recruitment, as well as its sources and the main stages of the procedure. Reveals the basic concepts of various authors, provides a variety of examples in the description of the external and internal sources for easier understanding and disclosure topics, and also talks about the need for the audit of recruitment organizations.
