Abstract
In the article the actual problems of modern financial world - tax evasion. Every entrepreneur or the head of the company is trying to minimize their costs. There are many cases where such minimization is carried out by optimization of tax payments to the budget, sometimes in the form of full non-payment of taxes, partially or completely at odds with the laws of the country. This article brought up for discussion the problem of illegal tax evasion, as well as ways to solve this problem at the state level.
