Abstract
The paper deals with foreign methods of personnel management in the enterprise. Analyzed the foreign experience of staff management, examined and refined the applicability of the qualitative characteristics foreign personnel management techniques. The proposals and recommendations to improve the methods of management personnel at Russian enterprises.
