Abstract
This article focuses on the organizational and economic mechanism of management and control effectiveness of the academic staff of higher education. The study proved that the main direction of improving the organizational-economic mechanism of remuneration of scientific and pedagogical workers is the development and practical implementation of Instrumentation and methodical complex, which is based on the target application subsystem data recording and analysis of performance indicators academic staff of higher education.
