Abstract
This article is based on «Management Body of Knowledge Project» (PMBoK), is the sum of professional knowledge of project management (this is the American Na-tional Standard). The article is devoted to the coverage of the following issues: how to determine the effectiveness of the project manager of the office of the company; What are the main types of company structures; what programs and portfolios; As part of the study classified the company's structure in terms of project manage-ment, the criteria: the position of project manager, how access to the budget of draft it has, what his position is permanent or temporary. The article presents the concept of portfolio and program.
