Abstract
The article covers the issues of differentiation strategy sense and the conditions of its introduction in hotel enterprises, presents the examples of differentiation strategy implementing at the Saint-Petersburg’s 3* and 5* hotels . Identified the common strategies, specific for 3* and 5* hotel enterprises.
