Abstract
This article provides information on staff motivation and guidance for the development of innovation within the organization. Emphasis is placed on the importance of innovation for the staff and management. This approach implies the motivation for these groups. As a result, recommendations were made to the innovative model of organization, defines the conditions within the organization and outside it, that allow the development of innovations.
