Abstract
This article discusses and analyzes the main provisions of economic feasibility and efficiency of development land. The analysis of the best and the best and most efficient use of land. The article also presents a normative framework for the evaluation NAI, the essence of the concept of integrated development of the territory, and shows the importance of marketing research.
