Abstract
The paper, we discussed the crisis trends affecting the food retail, customer needs and the crisis model of behavior. The author defined the trend of the odds-mats grocery stores, designed and described in detail the new format of the grocery store-border roses «Q-Market" that takes into account the needs of custom-ers in a crisis. The format proposed for implementation in the federal, regional and local food-tractive to-rus network.
