Abstract
This article is devoted to disclosing the nature and content of the financial-parity as the basis of analysis of the financial condition of a commercial company. The study allows concluding the analysis of financial statements is a key tool in the goal of making managerial decisions aimed at strengthening the financial situation of the company.
