Abstract
The theory of the organizational life cycle is fairly new and promising area of research in the field of management, which today is actively developing both in Russia and in other countries. Knowledge of the sequence of development of the organization allows us to see general patterns and characteristics of each stage of the life cycle, to anticipate future and prepare the necessary changes to them company, thereby contributing to its long and successful operation.
