Abstract
Article is devoted to studying of quality of work of workers as instrument of successful functioning of the enterprise. In work various approaches to definition of the concept "quality of work" are considered, author's definition is given. The system of indicators of an assessment of quality of work is analysed, the directions of work incentives, and also a way of improvement of labor life are formulated.
