Abstract
In connection with the crisis in the Russian economy and dominance of oil and gas revenues over other types of income the problem of small and medium business credit support is revelant today.The goals of the article are review and analysis of the business lending market and programm in support of small and medium business, determination of recommendations in order to change it to meet the needs of entrepreneurs.
