Abstract
The article is devoted to study the problem of evaluating the economic efficiency of the project management of innovative activity of the enterprise. Defined criteria and indicators of the completeness of the conversion system of management of innovative activity on the basis of project implementation approach. The indicators developed and the methods of evaluating the effectiveness of project management.
