Abstract
The article presents the results of an organizational self-core functions of management: forecasting / planning, organization, motivation, control and coordination GBUZ Kuznetsk inter district hospital. Coefficients were calculated by estimating the adequacy of management categories each of these functions. Identified reserves development in this area.
