Abstract
In present article lacks and advantages of classification of Maslow as tool of an estimation of needs of the person are analyzed. The given reason conclusion about weakness of a position of critics of the above-stated theory is formed and it is offered to approach to an estimation of structure of needs of the person from the point of view of mathematical statistics, instead of separately taken selective facts.
