Abstract
The article investigates the problem of the dynamics of investment. Model of cyclical fluctuations of investments in the Russian economy and a number of foreign countries (USA, UK, Australia) have been simulated. Hypothesis of reasons for cyclical investments in the market and the administrative-command system addressed in the paper.
