Abstract
In article relevance and a perspective of research of approaches to management of finance within logistic systems of holdings is defined. Holdings are one of the most widespread forms of integration of the enterprises in modern economy. In article relevance of a problem of research is opened. The key feature of logistic systems of holding consisting in the specific organization of the movement of financial streams is formulated.
