Abstract
In the article the structure of the project with its breakdown on the certain phases according to its life cycle is resulted. The maintenance and value of each phase, their influence on the project is analyzed. The list of necessary works in each phase with concrete recommendations on their effective performance is formulated. Value of the situational approach because of difference of projects from cyclic manufacture is noted.
