Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the conflict of interests of the oil industry of Russia and the WTO, and the construction of the game-theoretic model. . It is found the major problem of choosing the most effective ways of development of the oil sector of the Russian economy on the background of the entry into the WTO. Identified and described a growth strategy that will enable enterprises of the oil sector to maintain its position in the market.
