Abstract
In article are considered value and problems of innovative development of economy of Russia in modern conditions. The author designated a role of innovative and production space, its levels and conditions of effective functioning. Participants of innovative process are allocated, problem sites of a chain of their interaction are determined in case of implementation of innovative processes. The analysis of a role of the state is carried out in case of the organization of integration processes in innovative activities. In article the instrument of information support of subjects of innovative activities of the region is offered.
