Abstract
The article describes the strategic planning process in a commercial bank in terms of entrepreneurship and enhancing the transition of the Russian economy to innovative growth. The basic elements of the strategic plan of the bank. The necessity of strategic control of various processes and relationships, as well as intra-specific management objects.
