Abstract
A unique style of making business and participation in WTO contribute greatly to the process of making Russia a very attractive country to invest in. This country is rich in raw materials and its economics depends on these resources. However everything has its limits so Russia keeps carrying out investigations to improve its facility in different spheres especially power industry. In order to provide its interests and world position Russia is making a good deal of innovations, some management models of the innovative process are shown in the article.
